Welcome all you food bloggies! We’re the creators of Indian Food Pedia. We always loved food and we love online business, so we’ve known we wanted to work together on creating a dynamic food website for food bloggers.
Indian Food Pedia is a food blog based in New Delhi sharing recipes and dining out experiences. We takes photos, develops recipes and writes most of the blog posts. Mr. Indian Chef produces all the video content and takes photos. We love to dine out, cook, bake and take food road trips. Through this blog, we share our eating adventures. We hope you enjoy following along!
On this blog you’ll find a mix of recipes and dining reviews, with some other food related discussions mixed in. The most popular recipes on this blog are healthy, low carb dishes and easy desserts. While we don’t follow a specific low carb diet, I really enjoying eating healthy and exploring healthier options. You’ll find a lot of cauliflower cauliflower and gluten free recipes.
I also have quite the sweet tooth. I am obsessed with Nutella, mug cakes, flourless desserts and desserts with 4 ingredients or less. All dining out experiences are categorized by city and cuisine.
Indian Food Pedia is Designed and Maintained by Pankaj Rai. Here we provide cooking healthy, replicating restaurant styles without the use of unhealthy ingredients & dealing fussy babies & kids. you can find lovely recipes.
All the recipes posted in this space are fool proff, have been cooked and relished by me for years. They have been tried and tested multiple times. unless mentioned. All recipes are explained with step by step.
Having stayed in different places in India and US, I’ve had the opportunity to try out varieties of food. This site has a collection of all my cooking experiments and the recipes that have been passed on to me by my family and friends.Some recipes are illustrated in the traditional way while others are modified taking into consideration the busy lifestyle and health issues.
Most of the recipes fall under four main categories:-
- North Indian recipes
- Punjabi Recipes
Overall, you will find the site interesting and full of tasty food. The presentation and explanation may not be very professional but definitely simple to understand. It will surely motivate anyone to cook.Bachelors, newly weds, new cooks or anyone new to Indian cuisine can try these recipes. It is explained in very simple English with detailed steps. You can post in any queries or doubts any time. It will be replied within 24 hours.
